Turnaround time is typically 10-15 days for standard jobs unless otherwise specified. If you need your instrument returned by a specific time, please add that in the note and/or select the appropriate rush option at booking.

The Process
Drop-Off
Once your instrument is dropped off, I will do a comprehensive intake and thoughtfully construct a couple of repair approaches to elevate your instrument.
Estimates are transparent, and no work will be done until you approve it.
Getting To Work
Once your repair plan has been locked in, I will get to work, keeping you updated to any changes or issues that may pop up in the process.
If any changes need to be made to the original plan, you will be alerted. You are 100% in charge.
Pick-Up
After you have been notified that your instrument is done, go through the same link you booked through to schedule your pickup. During your appointment you will have time to test out the instrument and have small adjustments made to the setup where needed!
Peace of Mind
Services are covered by a 30 day warranty.*
If you decide you want any minor adjustments made to your instrument within that time-frame, simply schedule a time to drop in to have them made!
*Instrument must be properly stored and temperature/humidity controlled prior to service. Failure to properly store instrument will lead to a warranty void. Warranty does not cover partial repair plans.
