Trying to Guitar is fully run and operated by me, Emerson. I personally oversee every aspect of the shop, treating each instrument that comes through as if it were my own. I work diligently to deliver the best possible results for your guitar or bass, taking pride in precision and careful workmanship. I take the time to conduct a careful, thorough intake process and develop a tailored series of work plans designed to suit your needs and budget, communicating clearly and transparently every step of the way. I started this business in 2024, repairing guitars on my coffee table. I quickly outgrew that table and my apartment, moving into a proper workshop one short year later, where I continue to refine my craft, expand services.

My goal is to help you fall in love with your instrument all over again. Your instrument is deeply personal to you, and it should fully reflect your unique voice, musical style, and personality, capturing the nuances that make your playing unmistakably yours.
